This Calculator calculate Wall weight in KN/m as per the below formula and then converts it into other units i.e. kg/m or lb/ft:
Wall Weight in KN/m=Unit Weight of Material in KN/m3*(Thickness of wall in milli meter/1000)*Wall height in meter
In this calculation, the unit weight of the material is considered as follows:
- 23 KN/m3 for Brick Masonry
- 18 KN/m3 for Block Masonry
- 22 KN/m3 for Plain Concrete
- 24 KN/m3 for RCC concrete
The thickness of the wall will be entered in millimeters and the height will be entered in meters.
