Formula
In the Metric system;
BMI = Weight in Kg / (Height in meter)2
In the Imperial system;
BMI = Weight in lb *703 / (Height in inches)2
Example
If your weight is 70 kg and your height is 1.75 m, then:
BMI = 70 /(1.75)2= 22.85_____Normal Weight
